Here at The PT Space, all of our clients start out with a no-obligations Free Consultation and Taster Session. This allows you to come and meet Sam, tour the facility, and helps Sam to gain an understanding of what you would like his help with. After this, you will be able to book in for further sessions. Please note: The times available to be booked for your consultation are also the only available times for PT sessions. Please consider this before booking.

TIER 1

• One hour of Personal Training per week (either 1x one hour session or 2x 30 minute sessions).

• Full nutritional guidance - food diary evaluation, your calories and macronutrients calculated and help with meal planning.

Your own Google Sheet containing your training (in and out of studio based), nutrition plan, and in-depth tracking sheets.

Guidance and education on how to improve your sleep, recovery and stress management.

A 15 minute check-in with your PT each week to discuss your progress and make your program updates.

Price: £120 P/M

TIER 2

• 2x One hour Personal Training sessions per week.

Frequently asked questions

How are payments taken?


Payments can be made via card, cash, bank or PayPal transfer. We have a card reader on site so, if you decide you would like to book in for more sessions after your consult, you can pay on the day. No sessions will go ahead before payment is made.




When is a new payment taken?


A new payment is taken once you have used up all of your booked sessions.




What is the cancellation policy?


If you need to reschedule a session, please contact Sam at least 24 hours before your session is due to start. If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours before it is due to start, it will not be rescheduled or refunded.




How do your prices compare to other personal trainers?


A personal trainer in a standard, commercial gym will charge, on average, £100 for 4 weeks. You'll most likely recieve an hour of their time a week, follow a generic workout that the previous 10 clients performed, and recieve limited out of gym guidance. On top of this you'll have to pay for your gym membership costing, on average, £30 per month. Oh yeah, and a "joining fee" of £20. At The PT Space, we charge £120 for 4 weeks, with no added gym membership or joining fee on top, and you'll have the entire facility to yourself. Including your time with us in the studio, we spend an avergage of 1-3 hours on your programming per week. As well as conducting a 15 minute check-in with you weekly. In this industry, you get what you pay for.




What days and times are you available?


The studio is open on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, and we open from 7.30am until 8.00pm. Please see our calendar on the booking page for up to date available times.
