- Here's how it works -
As an online coaching client with The PT Space, we will take care of everything for you, from start to finish, in order to set you up for success. Once you’ve registered your interest, you will receive an email reply from Sam himself, who is our online coach within the facility. He will explain to you how everything works and the options available to you. After this, you’ll fill in a detailed client profile form, going over your goals, exercise history, difficulties so far, and your current situation. Once your payment subscription has been set up, Sam will then use the client profile form to build your initial training, cardio, nutrition, and recovery plan. Alongside of this, he will map out your short and long-term goals, to give you direction.
Once you’re up and running, he’ll check-in formally with you once per week, using your personal progress tracking data sheet to assess how you’re getting on. Depending on what package you sign up for, he will either send you a detailed video response to your check-in each week, or you'll have a live video call once per week. Between check-ins, you have his full support through out the week via WhatsApp, and he encourages clients to send regular exercise videos throughout the week for movement analysis and feedback.

Within 24 hours, you'll receive a client profile form through email to fill in. This will help Sam to understand more about you and your goals.
3) YOUR PLAN
Sam will get to work on creating your initial coaching plan. This includes help with your training, nutrition, fluid intake, sleep and recovery.
You'll have access to daily support through WhatsApp. The easiest way to reach out to Sam with your questions and updates.
5) WEEKLY CHECK IN
You'll have weekly check ins with Sam using your own personal check-in sheet. Sam will evaluate your progress and ensure you're on track, going over any changes he makes with weekly video feedback, or a live video call.
- The Training Programme -
Your plan will be put together and sent to you on a Google Sheet. This allows you to view it wherever you are, and also allows Sam to make updates to it whenever you need him to.
Every plan Sam puts together for you has been created from scratch. It's tailored to your goals, current lifestyle, past experience of working out and current levels of exercise.
Sam will be happy to provide you with a plan that is built around your training environment. Whether this is at a fully equipped gym, or your home.
The most important aspect of any workout programme is the education it provides you on exercise form, intensity, the reasons behind exercise selection and basic understanding of your anatomy. If you're not focusing on the correct form and "feeling" the movement, you're not gaining all of the possible benefits. Every exercise Sam gives you comes with a link to a guide on the correct form and execution.
- The Nutritonal Guidance -
Sam wants you to create a healthy relationship with the food you're eating. Macronutrients (protein, fat and carbohydrates) are what he will help to educate you on. If you are consistently tracking your calories and macros, your goals will become far easier to attain.
From week one, Sam will set you up with a daily water goal. Hydration is key, not just for your overall health, but also for your ability to focus, perform and recover.
Meal Plan Examples
2-4 meal plan examples will be put together based on your filled in food diary. These will fit into your macros and will provide you with examples of how your favourite foods can fit into your macros. Your diet should never restrict you. You need to be able to eat out and enjoy life whilst hitting your goals.
